Calling all the Beginners

NEW courses start this week - Monday 4th September

We have loads of classes which are suitable for Beginners to Yoga

Monday 9.30 - 11am & 5.30 - 6.30pm  |  Tuesday 5.30 - 6.30pm  |  Thursday 7.15 - 8.15pm


Our Space

Cheshire Yoga is a brand new studio
created exclusively for us. We have been able to create a beautiful, calm, serene –
and BIG – space. 
​ We are fully equipped for Iyengar yoga classes, so the teachers can concentrate on what they do best

Welcoming Lianne Daly to Cheshire Yoga

Lianne is a Hatha teacher and she is joining us to offer a Vinyasa Flow class every Thursday 6-7pm starting on 11th September. Lianne's class will incorporate pranayama as well as standing and seated postures aimed at developing flexibility, mental clarity and physical stability. Contact Lianne at
