"I came to Iyengar yoga in my late twenties after many years of studying and working as classically trained pianist. Over the years I had sustained a number of playing related injuries which yoga helped me to manage. More profoundly, and unexpectedly, as my yoga practice progressed I started to develop a fluency in myself, which in time reached beyond my yoga practice and into my music and everyday life. Yoga is now an integral part of my life and I love sharing the practice with others."
