Service Description

For renewal of your membership for the year 2024/2025, you are required to complete 30 hours of Iyengar Yoga Tuition by March 2024. This must include at least 10 hours specialised training. This can include Remedial/Therapeutic workshops taught by a registered IY(UK) therapy teacher. Jill Johnson, a Level 3 teacher and registered therapy teacher, is leading a hands-on session giving guidance on helping students with shoulder issues.
