Saturday Social Yoga - 2nd March 9.30 - 11.30am

Every month, on a Saturday, we offer a two hour focused workshop exploring a different aspect of yoga in more detail and getting people together to enjoy some yoga. We have a chat over coffee and cake afterwards. This month we are focusing on "Liberating the Neck and Shoulders" Our sedentary lifestyles and constant computer work leads to many neck and shoulder problems. It affects our posture and can lead to problems with the lower back. A difficult area to reach sometimes, we will work on the some poses which will help to make space in and bring awareness to the neck and shoulders. So whether walking the dog, riding a bike, reading a book or working on the computer, you will have better awareness of your neck and shoulders.

Cheshire Yoga is a brand new studio created exclusively for us. We have been able to create a beautiful, calm, serene – and BIG – space. ​ We are fully equipped for Iyengar and other yoga classes, so the teachers can concentrate on what they do best

Welcoming Hazel to Cheshire Yoga

Hazel recently qualified as an Iyengar Yoga teacher and has taken over Alice's Beginners class as Alice is on maternity leave. Hazel is teaching the Thursday evening Beginners Class - so for those of you that aren't free during the day, here is your chance to explore and discover the joys of Iyengar Yoga. Building strength and flexibility as well stability of the body and mind, come and have a go - And btw - no-one is too stiff to do yoga !!!!
