ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Let’s Twist – It’s Spring. Let’s unwind and embrace the new season. Winter encourages us to hibernate but now it’s time to stretch out and twist and shout our way into the Summer. Caroline will lead us through a practice focused on twisting – get blood flow to the spine, strengthening the back and abdominal muscles, stimulating and getting us moving.
We would ask for a minimum of one year’s prior Iyengar Yoga experience for this workshop.
And as always coffee, cake and a chat afterwards.
