ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
‘Dem bones – bone density and weight bearing – we hear a lot about the importance of improving our bone density and weight bearing exercises. So we thought that we would have a look at the yoga poses which involve  weight bearing (think standing poses, inverted poses, balancing poses) and thereby promote bone density. Â
And as always coffee, cake and a chat afterwards.
