ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Back to work – strengthening the lower back – The lower back can really take the load. And a festive period with less movement than usual, lots of sitting on the sofa watching the tv can really exacerbate any existing niggles. So the plan is to start the New Year getting the lower back moving, learning and practising poses to support a healthy back as part of a healthy new year.
