Restorative Yoga Workshop with Andrea

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

A chance to indulge in a slow and gentle practice rounded off with some pranayama (breath work). We will explore poses which restore and soothe, staying in poses a little longer than we have time for in our general practice. This will then prepare the body for some breath work, exploring some of the pranayama techniques and understanding the effects on the body and mind.
