ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
There has been loads of interest in a restorative yoga session – so here it is ! A chance to indulge in a slow and gentle practice rounded off with some pranayama (breath work). We will explore poses which restore and soothe, staying in poses a little longer than we have time for in our general practice. This will then prepare the body for some breath work, exploring some of the pranayama techniques and understanding the effects on the body and mind.
