ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Face, Neck and Shoulders – We carry an enormous amount of tension in the upper torso and this workshop will focus on creating awareness of this alongside posture, alignment and sensitivity to allow for a freedom of movement which can often be lost. Along side the workshop and, of course, brunch, we are thrilled to have Helen Roberts, of Vintage Therapies, a highly qualified massage therapist, join us to run an hour long session teaching us some facial massage skills as well as cranial release techniques to complement our yoga practice.
