Saturday Social Yoga – Working with Chairs and Props

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

For Saturday Social Yoga this month, we are looking at the wonderful props which Mr Iyengar introduced into our yoga practice. In particular how we can use a chair to enhance our practice, provide stability and modify our practice when required. We will also look at some of the other props and when and how we should use them.

And we will enjoy a coffee and a bite to eat afterwards with a chance to meet and chat to some of your fellow yogis.
