Saturday Social Yoga – Hop into Hips

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Hop into Hips – let’s make friends with those tight hips.  An area which a lot of us would rather ignore, it is really important to get those hips moving. Tight hips can contribute to knee pain and lower back pain but by working the hips regularly we can ease the stiffness. A 2 hour workshop gives us time to gently encourage the hips to open and release.

And as always coffee, cake and a chat afterwards.
