Saturday Social Yoga for Lower Backs

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

At our Saturday Social Yoga this month we will take the time to focus on Lower Backs. A common complaint for a lot of us, we will look at ways to strengthen the muscles which support the lower back and also poses to soothe an unsettled back.

And we will enjoy a coffee and a bite of breakfast to eat afterwards with a chance to meet and chat to some of your fellow yogis.
