ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
For Saturday Social Yoga this month, we are taking the next step. In this 3 hour workshop, we are going to use the extra time to explore some more complex poses. So if you have more than one year’s iyengar yoga experience and you want to have some fun, expand your yoga horizons and discover some new poses in a supportive, collaborative environment, come and join us. Both Jill and Andrea will be on hand to guide you.
And we will enjoy a coffee and a bite to eat afterwards with a chance to meet and chat to some of your fellow yogis.
