ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Explore Core – In our yoga practice the CORE is much more than just our abdominal muscles. Our CORE are the muscles that stabilise and support your trunk, including the abdominals, obliques, lower back, diaphragm, pelvic floor and deep spinal muscles. It is vitally important in yoga as it provides stability, balance, breathing support and safe movement.Â
Come to the workshop to explore how we can strengthen our Core through yoga asanas.
